Green Loan Support is the website that represents the Tehama County Recycling Market Development Zone (RMDZ). The purpose of the Tehama County RMDZ is to establish local markets for recyclables, increase businesses and jobs, and increase solid waste diversion in Tehama County. The Tehama County RMDZ provides the following:

  • Financial Assistance through attractive loans

  • Free Siting Assistance

  • Free Permitting Assistance & Regional Collaboration

  • Free Feedstock Studies

  • Free Marketing Assistance

​Eligible projects include:

  • Waste Prevention (For example, modifying equipment to use less material or packaging)

  • Reuse (For example, a Construction and Demolition reuse store)

  • Recycling, Composting and Anaerobic Digestion
