Assessor Info & Maps

Online Parcel Search:

Tehama County’s Online Parcel Search is an up-to-date county resource for checking secured-roll property values, land values, improvement values, and more.

Secured Roll Property Values:

Current secured roll property values are available online, as well as the current assessor parcel map for your area. The secured roll value is the assessed value used for tax purposes in the current fiscal year.

Property Information:

The information provided is intended for personal use only. For questions about this eService please contact the Tehama County Assessor.

This property search tool will allow you to find your property by the Assessment Number, Fee Parcel (also referred to as the Assessor’s Parcel Number or APN) or by street address. Some parcels, such as vacant land, do not have street addresses, so you will need to use the Fee Parcel for your search. The parcel detail screen will show your Fee Parcel, property situs address if available, and abbreviated legal description. The values section will include land value, improvement value, any exemption amount and the total assessed value.

Directions: For residential property you can search either by assessment number, fee parcel number or address. To search by fee parcel number enter the parcel number either as 024010002000 or 024-010-002-000. To search by address enter the street number and then the street name – for example 500 Lincoln. You do not need to enter the entire street name or the street type – for example 2700 Highland Bluff Drive can be entered as 2700 Highland.

Assessor Parcel Maps:

Parcel maps are grouped by book-page-parcel. These correspond to the first three parts of your fee parcel number/APN. For example, the map containing APN 036-110-015-000 would be referred to as Book 36, Page 11. On that Page, Parcel 15 would be yours.
